Программа предназначена для отображения погоды в выбранном городе (или в нескольких городах) на рабочем столе. Однако это далеко не все, на что способна Weather Display! Точное время, автоматически составляемый график с историей погоды, получение уведомлений на e-mail (работает с FTP, HTTP и WAP), загрузка изображений (простых, анимированных) с вэб-камер (если такие имеются в городе) и многое-многое другое... Программа имеет множество настроек, с помощью которых любой сделает программу "для себя".
